...alance. Salaries are average and incentives programs are just for the name sake. They will find ways to deduct yours salary and incentives. Don't make any expenses on behalf of the company as you won't get reimbursements. HRs and managers work for the same team so you don't stand a chance. Don't join the company

They are professional, your salary would always come on time. Transport facility is very good.

Dislikes

9.5 hours shift with another half hour cab buffer time before and after the shift makes the shift too long.

...e it was challenging but nothing different than other bpo’s in the market. The worst part is the compensation. I hated it that they want an employee to give 200% when they are paying you peanuts.

It's a people centric organization. So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. Company culture is excellent Management is excellent

Its a very great place to work for as the work environment is great and everyone gets alot of chances to grow their career.

The salary is the only thing that is not good at Concentrix as they do not provide the salary that you deserve.
