Work balance, no exception for even technical error in performance. Very low salary increments, you need to wait for a year to get 1 month mobile recharge as a salary increments. Needs to work on national holidays. No national leaves compared to other organizations

Appraisals & promotion happens very rare, concentrix prefers hiring external prospects with high salary package but they don't increase salaries of their tenure employee's.

Salary and learning is good in my case no benefits rather than a health insurance and cab facility

Not at all an employee centric company reasons like health and requested work from extention after a 45 days wfh of 15 more days and they denied and requested to leave company and join a company provides work from home, but in cnx website they mentioned it as still they operates hybrid work culture but in practically not

It's a people centric organization. So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. Company culture is excellent Management is excellent

There is only one project Gemini.. which the chine team governs.. if they think you are not productive they will put you in pip.. and hence separation.. For small issues they will point it out and hence the escalation. The manager and associate director and tech lead are nearly a puppet.. they won’t support you and more over to please china people they will speak against you. The frame work they use is not openly and widely used and you should learn their way of coding else unnecessary comments and remarks. No appraisal's. No appreciation.. 1 team party in last 3 years.
