Work balance, no exception for even technical error in performance. Very low salary increments, you need to wait for a year to get 1 month mobile recharge as a salary increments. Needs to work on national holidays. No national leaves compared to other organizations

I had work in Cnx for 1.6 months it's was a great experience loved to worked with helpful team leader, manager, HR, employee staff, Security staff all so kind n lovely nature feel like a one family the best person I meet in Cnx was Gaurav Khandal (tl) so supportive understand ing n lost of patience had learned so many things from him thank you so much Cnx it's best place to work n explore your self and talent.

Nothing bad about Cnx but should give chance to everyone to grow up with no politics and salary should increase plus promotion who deserves best and never seek anyone job for no reason thank you

The only things is good that they give you good salary in domestic process as no other company will provide that much..

People like to do politcs you can't even take break without there permission... No chances of growth if they find out that you are good in your work and you can move to different position so the whole office start finding your mistake..

Nothing Absolutely disgusting and pathetic management.These people don't even know what they are doing.Exit procedure is pathetic.Even after returning the company IT had received email with notice that company Assets not returned.Is this the.way an international BPO works.Disguating.

Extremely disgusting,low salary compared to other BPO in the industry,lack of coordination,waste of time if looking for any IJP as it is not on merit basis but favoritism basis,management pathetic,no appreciation for hard work,gives 10Rs Cadbury for hard work on calls,even robbery of mobile phones and money from wallet kept as they dont have sufficient lockers to provide is trending due to lack of proper background check from HR in hurry of earning incentive to hire a candidate.
