This company is good for fresher and pay good package for fresher and as well as job security is very good and job environment is also good..nice place for fresher to start their carrier.

Everything is ok but politics done by traning management team is not good

... but there is no updates regarding career growth no one care about the employee. if we ask any concern regarding salary or any changes in our profile they ill just delay. In tearms o,f salary there is no hike in salary/appraisal. working environment is good. work life balance is good.

Nothing much to like about concentrix, apart from the incentive system on making sales

...too rotational week off, not much to learn, lack of transparency in management,. Limited growth opportunity, the basic salary is very low, the policies are more client friendly than employee centric.

Company's environment is ridiculous as no higher management is going to support you. HR specially DIPALI CHAUDHARY is she very rude. She use to say things will remains confidential then the whole floor comes to know about the conversation between agent and HR.

My biggest mistake to give my golden period they don't deserve stable employees because after 10 yrs salary increment is too low as compared to other organisations, IJP only valid for those have skills to buttering gossips with senior, those employees keep happy to senior from anyway except work, Don't stay a long time without permotion always make short time goal with this company, If you are tenure then no one recognised you , now you are a machine only for them .
