Work balance, no exception for even technical error in performance. Very low salary increments, you need to wait for a year to get 1 month mobile recharge as a salary increments. Needs to work on national holidays. No national leaves compared to other organizations

Nothing Absolutely disgusting and pathetic management.These people don't even know what they are doing.Exit procedure is pathetic.Even after returning the company IT had received email with notice that company Assets not returned.Is this the.way an international BPO works.Disguating.

Extremely disgusting,low salary compared to other BPO in the industry,lack of coordination,waste of time if looking for any IJP as it is not on merit basis but favoritism basis,management pathetic,no appreciation for hard work,gives 10Rs Cadbury for hard work on calls,even robbery of mobile phones and money from wallet kept as they dont have sufficient lockers to provide is trending due to lack of proper background check from HR in hurry of earning incentive to hire a candidate.

I have worked in cnx for 9.5 months. Company did not revoke my resignation because I raised voice against salary, smoking zone inside premises, complex company policy (unclear) and many more. Moreover my notice period was only for 15 days but I mailed for revoked 9 earlier to my resignation.

Salary disgusting the admin or account team so ever, don’t know who to calculate your salary always there was a discrepancy and even we escalate we will not paid for our exact salary and there is no incentives if you able to earn they will deduct because they calculate incentives on floor 10% basis’s 🤣🤣🤣 Breaks : uff they don’t give breaks they will kill us when ever we ask for breaks!! No there will be no Breaks bcoz apki emails ni khtam hui abhi tak bucket mei.
