It's a comfortable place to work. Company culture also good. And it's branded company and it is maintained standard also in corporate era

Promotion and hike of salary it will happen but it's take too long time. And they will not celebrate any festival. Personally it's hurt.

Salary is the only thing which is credited in time.

...ge instead of using English. Not listening to employees or their requirements. Not reimbursing any amount even after promising and making is spend from our salary instead

Concentrix is a company with satisfied enough work but not able to find a growth in salary and it's changing rules and regulations of the company is not employee friendly and not convenient to employees like not many companies do.

...l keep on calling you at your week off just to complete their target of Calling. Nothing to learn in this company except for working as a slave in a very low salary. It's better to take pocket money from your parents rather than receiving salary from this company.

I like work culture. I also feels that I'm very lucky bcoz I join concentrix 3 yrs ago, job security is more than expectation

Dislikes

Salary increament is very slow. I think company should have to provide some kind of increament this year. But I really think that concentrix feels more secure than other companies
