... even there will more people below your score but their PIP will not be raised. *If you will call people solution HR for salary deductions they'll not explain it properly it seems like they don't have knowledge. * Earlier they provided the both side cabs and then they moved to one side. *Many of the times you might not get cab from your building then transport team will take you to another building which is again hectic and delayed thing.

...how to use their employees for achieving targets and never care about employees. Their salary policy is just a joke with an increment of 300 to 400 yes hundred in one and half year.

Work culture very dull in Dell process, policies for night shift employees, no night shift allowance, nepotism.

Dislikes

No support to employees with mental health, no night shift allowance( Dell) , very low standard salary for experienced professionals in calling operations.

Cnx providing very good package for the fresher I would recommend to join as a fresher. Job security at cnx is high level.

...f culture making uncomfortable others who are working hard for the organisation. Also cnx treats both types of employees with same like salary or promotion. In the cnx 90% folks geeting prompted due to they don't have efficient folks who are eligible for that position. This type of culture will make the company hollow. Company needs to look for those who are working hard for them. Appraisal is very big concern there is no appraisal you will get only 4k-5k increment in your annual CTC only if you have 5 out of 5 rating.

...rview for another process. I worked here for almost 5 years and I want to work forever in CONCENTRIX. But they are now offering interview to re-select again as a Quality Evaluator, and always says current we are not hiring for QA. They should hire me directly as I gave almost 5 years. I want to be a part of concentrix again. I request you to please give me another chance to work here without any interview.
