Very low salary No appraisal and promotion for tanure employee Tanure employee get less salary in comparison to new hire employee having only one or less than year experience I wasted everything at this company

For me as per now there is no point to dislike concentrix

Your job is secure in most of the process. Also it is good option to start the career but one should switch after 1 year of experience because salary hike is negligible.

Promotions are good but your manager can deny to release you. Salaries are not good. My manager tries to run it like a domestic BPO and behaves like we are nothing. He forgets we are also at Sr. QA level. Such poor management.

...elves. Work culture is extremely good and it's also depends upon your behaviour. Salary is also good with compare to the other companies.

Work environment is good &TL and manager and other support staff is good and very helpful

Terrible salary according to the work & Poor system tools & Systems not up to the mark very slow and blocked most of the use ful option which should be allowed and many more dislikes worst trasport system behaviour issue and not helpful at all which could be better and seemless.
