It's a people centric organization. So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. Company culture is excellent Management is excellent

They don't much project, they will hire you for a specific project and once that will be completed you get struggle to get another project as they have very less project. Also whatever project they have most of them are for very short term.

overall experience was good, supportive operations team but the minus point was about HDFC process the clients are very pathetic, bad behaviour. About other process might be good but in HDFC there are 3 monkeys.

Good place to build a long carrier and no one is going to terminate until we get into zero tolerance issues

Dislikes

Very low promotion rate, salary hike is not even 3 to 4 percent even after getting promotion, they change shifts according to their business requirements which is not true, I had worked 3 months straight even though there is a shift change every month. Reason - colleagues were newly married, married colleagues family doesn't allow them to work in night shift and weekends.

...are no company benefits. The company doesn’t have any transport or freebies. Coming to medical insurance or any other will be taken from you salary only. Even Employer’s PF share is taken from your salary only.
