They are offering good salary..breaks do not freez.salary on time.transport delays a lot but they are responsible enough about women safety. Cafeteria, breakout zone is good..people working there is the best part. Most of them are helpful.

It is disgusting to work in Concentrix.They hire when want..but after a year they started giving illogical targets when the process is about to wrap up..this is how they want you to resign..I was depressed that I felt that It's me who's lacking.. eventually I realized it's a strategy of company, so that they can hire new people offering less salary.I am horrified.

Growth is very slow. Work pressure is very high. Sometimes 6 days work including ots.. Manager is not supportive

Too much work pressure, shift timing horrible, didn't get paid for my OTs, not enough time gap for rest, found no perfect record of my earnings, some managers themselves knew nothing and mislead us due to whom we used to suffer

The company has great work culture all are friendly and helping. I remember the days when I was in OJT to till production concentrix remain my second home.

Dislikes

.... She complain regarding that in her life she faced challanges why you weren't?.The salary was not enough to support financial expectations. She never supported in that terms with appraisal even cnx provides that. If two week off was there or if the work hours was 7-8 it would be great to work with cnx in another process. As Now I'm not part of that process and team cnx but I'm happy looking forward to my career in new company.

On time salary. Office is good.

Scopes are less. Opportunities are language specific. Even regarding work pressures targeted peoples. No overtime they use to say please stretch without benefits. I did continuous night shift then 1st shift and HR even not said anything.
