Fantastic pay scale for new comers. But need to improve the hike scale. Management are good, in supporting their employees.

Pressure level for certain department. Always clients are agressive, not give liberty to share any opinion. Management should interference required.

Growth opportunities. Good work environment. Management is very good. I work for Sprint process at Concentrix which is the most oldest and a big process. In the last five years I never felt any type of work pressure. Managers are also very good, highly efficient and friendly. I proud to be a part of Concentrix family

...ng onsite hosting client QBRs gives immense self pride and learning experiences. If you have a niche capability like Speech implementation, WH will respect and pay you well.

Once you have delivered what was required, you are not required anymore - transition from being an asset to liability is so quick, it can deter your confidence. Financial limitations are so strict that an onsite travel may end up from your own pocket. There is no respect for global benchmarks like Six Sigma and PMP - leadership are terribly so centered on call-center principles, they simply do not understand today's benchmarks. Too small an understanding and vantage.

salary is good & based on your capabilities you will get promotion for sure..job security is the USP of Concentrix(Disclaimer- seriously Non-compliance will not entered).. you have ample amount of courses to develop your self..Management is good(may be the process client is not good hence sometime Management got slightly hash)
