...how to use their employees for achieving targets and never care about employees. Their salary policy is just a joke with an increment of 300 to 400 yes hundred in one and half year.

...ence is very good and friendly and very helpfull team members as well as people. There salary timing is always perfect.

Dislikes

There are only two thing which i don't like is the salary and the week off. You generally only get 1 week off in a week.

Work culture very dull in Dell process, policies for night shift employees, no night shift allowance, nepotism.

Dislikes

No support to employees with mental health, no night shift allowance( Dell) , very low standard salary for experienced professionals in calling operations.

Its a company where your have 100% job security and it pays the salaries always on time...

Insentivs never get paid on time, don't except any salary hike very less pay you never get a growth lot of pressure if a position gets free you would never get it and you would be used by All the mangers saying they would give a growth which never happenes and the pay is so dam low

There are good working environment and culture. Teammates and other members of company are very supportive. And there are lots of activities are done so after the pressure we feel good.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
