...ation 1year 8 months.. apply 5 IGP.. But they give chance to who is close them..and with customer support n technical support with Lenovo warranty upsells also if pay for 1 job they pull us 3 works.. And in My Life i suggest my Frds n family u also people's don't buy Lenovo laptop and desktops.. Refurbished parts installed in name of warranty... Concentrix Daksh service Pvt Ltd all process members are torchar under Team leads n management levels...🙂

The politics they play inside the company it is not a company where work matter but politics no one cares but everyone knows whats going on.. the shameful thing is that the higher authorities are involved

I only like job security with CNX. For fresher's company is good to learn and earn but for experience condidate i would not recommend cnx.

Dislikes

Salary is less for experience condidate. No time management, Management takes time to respond. Duration of time is more then 9 hours which is not acceptable.

A good startup company for all who is tryin to get into IT sectors

Salary is tooo low to work with, and recognizing a person talent is less....and high poitics. Promotions are less for the eligible experienced persons

It's a good place to work and the job security is very high even in COVID without working also they paid for employees

The increments are very less once we join we have to work for same package may be 3-4% increment will be there
