Company culture is good if you are under right manager you can enjoy all benefits of the company within the working hours

I have gave overall rating 3 due to my manager No work life balance incase if there are any IT or any other issues or Training program accordingly work hours will extend Company is good if you are under right manager Salary in the industry is poor as compared to the market value Promotion are like the day never comes Appraisal is just a joke They say in the meeting that we have wfh so there is flexible shift but it is not. Currently wfh but no idea about future. As I said above if you want to join training program you should extend your hours

If you want to start your career then concentrix is best to start with because this company never lie about salary package they are offering and in this organization you'll never face layoffs. They will kick you out only when you have done seriour non-compliance.

Dislikes

It's hard to get hike in this organization and HR's here are so very rude. They will treat you like a shit and you will face very poor management here.

Less Salary as per market, appraisal is just 2-3 % for ME (Meet Expectation) rank. No work life balance as it has long working hours. Just just talk for development but never provide time during working hours (after shift timing).

On time salary and if the salary date comes under weekends then you'll get your salary before. Lots of events for staff welfare. Good Salary for freshers. Opportunities for freshers to learn how to work in a MNC. Entry and Exit of the company is smooth.

Dislikes

Lots of unnecessary politics done by managers and HR are of no use. My profile days accountant Assistant but such work was done related to accounting which was a bummer. Lots of unnecessary compulsory trainings which are of no use and to waste your valuable time. Lots of events but poorly managed with a small budget.

* Sometimes work to do in pressure if you not completed their work. * Salary is avg. * Company should give Work from Home, it will help employees to maintain work life balances and other things.
