So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. Company culture is excellent Management is excellent

Job Security, Career Opportunities, Concentrix is the only company that has not provided salary cuts during Lockdown. They are reimbursing everything from electricity bills to broadband monthly reimbursement. Broadband installation has also been reimbursed along with one time infrastructure allowance

Lot of emphasis on innovation, ideas if valid are implemented and you get rewarded for sharing as well as implementation of valid ideas. Lot of training opportunities available to improve us professionally as well as personality.

Compensation is decent, work pressure is high. Growth slow.

Nothing much, just the client is good. Well renowned client in the IT world, which opens a lot of possibilities as you leave this company.

Dislikes

The company lies about the incentive programs and compensation, I have relocated 4 months ago and still haven't received the relocation bonus. The incentive scheme changed as soon as we joined the company which violated the agreement as they told us different. They have a camera mounted on the desktops at home so that they can monitor everything which violates the personal space at home.

You can have good growth if you work smart. Concentrix will invest more on developing skills of their employees, Good place to work when you are working in onsite

Dislikes

Low compensation for existing employees and company will offer best packages when they are hiring from outside. Low budget on employee engagement activities
