...ence is very good and friendly and very helpfull team members as well as people. There salary timing is always perfect.

Dislikes

There are only two thing which i don't like is the salary and the week off. You generally only get 1 week off in a week.

There are good working environment and culture. Teammates and other members of company are very supportive. And there are lots of activities are done so after the pressure we feel good.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

It's a people centric organization. So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. Company culture is excellent Management is excellent

Its a very great place to work for as the work environment is great and everyone gets alot of chances to grow their career.

The salary is the only thing that is not good at Concentrix as they do not provide the salary that you deserve.

Full of politics, manager's will change eligibility criteria for their position and no increment in salary's. The selection process in IJP is worst.. all ineligible candidates will get selected. Overall a bad experience in CNX.
