Everything is great here. Work culture, office environment is good , no work pressure , cab facility , senior are supportive, managers and HR quite impressive.

Very low salary for fresher. All other things are great

It's a people centric organization. So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. Company culture is excellent Management is excellent

Its a very great place to work for as the work environment is great and everyone gets alot of chances to grow their career.

The salary is the only thing that is not good at Concentrix as they do not provide the salary that you deserve.

Full of politics, manager's will change eligibility criteria for their position and no increment in salary's. The selection process in IJP is worst.. all ineligible candidates will get selected. Overall a bad experience in CNX.
