...e . Our trainer was really very franc and always tried to teach us proactively . Salary is also compatible to stay in Kolkata with joy. If you are working properly definitely you can make a bright career ahead.

I did not find any type of issue regards this topic. But some difficulties is persist in there. But those matter is still presist in every company.

...and helpful employees. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary and bonus every year. Supporting to their employees to work from home as well through COVID-19 lockdown, providing laptop and WiFi if someone is not having these facilities.

Company's environment is ridiculous as no higher management is going to support you. HR specially DIPALI CHAUDHARY is she very rude. She use to say things will remains confidential then the whole floor comes to know about the conversation between agent and HR.

My biggest mistake to give my golden period they don't deserve stable employees because after 10 yrs salary increment is too low as compared to other organisations, IJP only valid for those have skills to buttering gossips with senior, those employees keep happy to senior from anyway except work, Don't stay a long time without permotion always make short time goal with this company, If you are tenure then no one recognised you , now you are a machine only for them .
