No hike from last four years. Management can take action on petty issue. Incase if any client escalation if you are junior all blame with be put on you. There are many such thing.

Your job is secure in most of the process. Also it is good option to start the career but one should switch after 1 year of experience because salary hike is negligible.

Promotions are good but your manager can deny to release you. Salaries are not good. My manager tries to run it like a domestic BPO and behaves like we are nothing. He forgets we are also at Sr. QA level. Such poor management.
