I have great experience in this organization. And I like how this company helps the employee re-hire to get new offer/job .

The growth is very low. The environment is good but not excellent. Compensation is not good. I have been working here for past 2 years and 11 months. My position is senior advisor but there is no benefit for this position. I'm doing the same work for past 2years 11months.

the best part of concentrix is security and culture . In concentrix we can enhance our knowledge and communication skills and as we all knws its is a brand . So as far as my point of view people should apply in this company for once and take some knowledge from there. overall its a very great company .

According to me, working hours is too much long and salary is also low.

...s I checked the offer letter for my colleagues also there it was also 9.5 hours. We are also humans we can’t work 10 hours in that much low salary.

You will not get the Salary and Appraisal as per you expectations If you get into CNX please try to avoid Comcast Process its terrible as there are soo many restrictions and pressure you have to face Growth in CNX is slow as I have seen many Team Leaders and Managers who are from years and are still not on paper
