In simple they will pressure you like hell in offer letter the working days would be Monday to Friday but in reality they will call you to work on Sunday, everyday they will told to attend the meeting aprat from you job timings, they won't give you time for a minute once a call get ended they told you take another call

My first team lead was very supportive and has very good knowledge about the process.

...selves. They expect so much but do not want to pay you more. They give advancement to their friends and not to those who are qualified. Recognise how hard people work. Manners means everything.

Work-life balance (Most of your year work will be in the Graveyard- about 60% shift of your year) Salary is low (And no night allowance) Promotions are very delayed and you will be sent back to the previous work if they do not have the openings There is no Job security as they will hire you for the Technical Support but will set the incentives on sales even if your profile was not for sales. There is no work satisfaction . Note - If you are from the Sales background From the start, then I would suggest you to get into this company and you will an ALL star, but if you are not, RUN. There is no skill development in this company

Less salary, more work They earn in millions but give very less to employees Stressful work Sitting for 11 hours on chair continuous work with just an hour break Hard to get leaves

Process were good but growing rate very low and TL are quite bossy not friendly....job security is 5 out of 5 but growing as in professionally and financially verry negligible
