Few trainers were good like Vijay sirohi, best trainer I have met so far, verma ji, gald to have a manager like him, then Anish best VP who contacted us make personal touch with us, very supportive and Hr Charu was also supportive.

Dislikes

...erned about winning Rang tarang competition held within organization between HR. then Ronak who made false promises regarding compensation. Then Redployed in all state process. Training manager was pathetic his name is diwakar roy, didn't know how to speak first interaction and he said client doesn't want to hire you, your hr folded hand to hire you, you are a buffer batch these were the wordings and trainer name Hira devi, she was also same, use to treat her according to his way didn't know how to behave. All of them were like picked up from street

Good work life balance is the most attractive thing in concentrix, I was part of Westpac process. Good work culture and job security was there, all together its a good place to work.

Dislikes

The only thing which i dislike with concentrix is, the compensation for a person was not calculated on the basis of experience, their will be a max pay for a role, irrespective of your experience you have to compromise on that.

Concentrix ensures good job security as well as good work life balance. The firm is very much employee friendly, i suggest concentrix to everyone as a good employer

Salary increments are less compared to other companies in market.

I like it's work environment and supportive senior staff. I also like it's incentives for employees and they're give good salary hike and bonus on time to time. I like it's facilities. It has a huge cafeteria and a place for enjoyment.

Dislikes

They're hire a employee to work on contract basis. And once they are done with their work they will be terminate employee. Their are no job security in concentrix daksh.

Likes

Although the process was a great place to work. Management is very supportive which also depends on team to team. I had worked here 3.7 years wherein 2.5 yeare during COVID times. I used to get leaves whenever it requires. One should work here who is someone has a strong financial background and don't need to work for livelihood. It's a stable job for those people. This should must be comparable with government jobs wherein the employees are more in relaxation mode than an work mode.

Dislikes

...ple here are stuck from 10 12 and 15 years and at a same sr associate position. Salary in increment is very less like a pennies has been increased year on year. To become a TL here one should must spend 10+years as there were more people working in that tenure of years having sr.associate post. Wherein in other company I have seen people have grown from entry level employee to DM level in just a span of 5 to 6 six years. Career growth is zero here.
