It is good that, there are some different type of process with opportunities for many people and salary come on time. It is a good place to start career in MNC BPO.

Transport facility is not so good, also some processes are with too much work pressure and don't celebrate indian festival, not even decorate own floor. No any fun activities or benefits on special occasions. Also office politics is also there.

...beginners, they are providing work from home and hybrid system based on clients. Salary issue is not there.

It's resources management company and job security is not good. For high salary person i don't recommend this organisation. Deduction and Insurance are very costly compared to other organisations No learning resources from external except that Udemy. Don't join this organisation if you are Flutter Developer because they have small limited clients.

I thought they forget those employees who's working from last 10- 15 years with an associate level, they deserve the satisfied salary as per they spent his golden years & atleast as inflation continue to rises per year
