It is one best company to choose if you want to work in bpo industry as a fresher the salary is above from the rest of the average company and it really have potential growth

Concentrix is one of my favourite organisation as I found the most supporting and kind management there. I had a very nice journey . I have learnt many things from my collegeus. Overall it was a fantastic experience.

Company's environment is ridiculous as no higher management is going to support you. HR specially DIPALI CHAUDHARY is she very rude. She use to say things will remains confidential then the whole floor comes to know about the conversation between agent and HR.

Leaves policies good never hold employees salary . Very low Pressure

My biggest mistake to give my golden period they don't deserve stable employees because after 10 yrs salary increment is too low as compared to other organisations, IJP only valid for those have skills to buttering gossips with senior, those employees keep happy to senior from anyway except work, Don't stay a long time without permotion always make short time goal with this company, If you are tenure then no one recognised you , now you are a machine only for them .

Good batchmates, nice manager(sometimes get frustrated by pressure of performance by upper managers),good environment, work from home

Salary:( didn’t got appraisal that much only 600rs increase in salary lol, work time( if you’re working from home you will have to work like a robot and only 1 hr break rarely may get exception, in office can get more exception in break, I took 2:30 hr break sometimes next day my manager scratched his head for exception reason, poor promotion even if you preformed well(politics)
