...motions are handed out bigheartedly, regardless of any actual skill development. And that’s the reason, the pay is not commensurate to the high designation offered for most of the employees here. Comviva may not be the best fit for those who prioritize productivity and quality, as processes seem to be implemented merely for show. So, those who value productivity and quality, steer clear. And don't be surprised if the HR says to you that we are offering a management position; just be aware that you may not have as much control or influence as you'd expect because everyone holds a designation like you and you may not know this reality when you get the attractive offer for namesake.

Salary and appraisal process is lengthy also the salary is not maintained as per market on the basis of experience. Apart from variable part always received less than 70 percent , some time less than 40 %, which one part of CTC and HR mentioned that given 100% variable payment.
