I like the culture and the employees. All the employees are friendly in nature. Job is almost secure if you are in the core team

I don't like the compensation structure, learning and growth is very less.

Colleagues are good in my team and in most of the teams. Will support you in every case. You will learn new things, maybe not all but will give you a good exposure of technologies as a Developer. If you get a good team, work-life-balance will be there.

I feel Compensation is a bit low as compared to market. For some teams, not all, Most of the time, Developers are also involved in testing more than the development.

There's nothing to be liked about much, you will get many leaves, which will depend on manager's approval.

Worst HR policies, no benefits and low compensation. No work life balance. Learning curve is stagnant, or negligible

...nd Leaders. Its much more like a government job of 9 to 5. Nothing new to learn. Pathetic compensation structure and 3 months notice period. Avoid joining.
