Comviva may not be the best fit for those who prioritize productivity and quality, as processes seem to be implemented merely for show. So, those who value productivity and quality, steer clear. And don't be surprised if the HR says to you that we are offering a management position; just be aware that you may not have as much control or influence as you'd expect because everyone holds a designation like you and you may not know this reality when you get the attractive offer for namesake.

Apart from variable part always received less than 70 percent , some time less than 40 %, which one part of CTC and HR mentioned that given 100% variable payment.
