* Very informal environment * No new learning * No extra pay out for working in holidays * Human Resource team is very unresponsive after your deployment * Most of the employees working on technical profile and doing completelly non-technical work * Company is hiring the technical candidates who're B.tech from CS,EC & IT But believe me this work is not suitable for them even it is that much non- technical or easy work which can be done by a 10th Standard or 12th Standard student easily.

...mpanies. Politics. No learning. Unimaginable and non understandable HR policies. After working for an year, you can't come to know why your in-hand salary is this much.

...nd Leaders. Its much more like a government job of 9 to 5. Nothing new to learn. Pathetic compensation structure and 3 months notice period. Avoid joining.

From the infrastructure perspective, being a Tech Mahindra company may appeal to you but there may not be anything else to attract you.

...motions are handed out bigheartedly, regardless of any actual skill development. And that’s the reason, the pay is not commensurate to the high designation offered for most of the employees here. Comviva may not be the best fit for those who prioritize productivity and quality, as processes seem to be implemented merely for show. So, those who value productivity and quality, steer clear. And don't be surprised if the HR says to you that we are offering a management position; just be aware that you may not have as much control or influence as you'd expect because everyone holds a designation like you and you may not know this reality when you get the attractive offer for namesake.
