Self Learning Salary on Time.

No Employee Facilities. No office canteen. No Proper HR Policies. Offered Salary too low for freshers as well as for experienced. After 3 years of Bond, the hike offered was too low. Favoritism is there if you are Telugu, and Politics is played by Managers. Have to improve a lot in all sectors.

It's good they are giving opportunities to freshers. You can learn if you are a self-learner.

No Personal Life, you are forced to sit over time. you have to report office on time but no logout time. last moment Tasks are assigned and meetings are done after 7 PM, which can be done earlier before 6 or 7 PM. No proper process, it changes according to the manager's mood. You cannot escalate if the manager does not follow the process. Managers just lose control when the work is not done, even if it is the Clients mistake you are scolded. Shortage of Assets, No proper pc or laptop was provided by the company.

They will play with employee's career, they immediately fire people on the same without any intimation. if you clear Client interviews then you are good otherwise they treat you as a labour or burden. If you have 3 years of experience then they ask you to give an interview for 5 years of experience candidate requirements.

toxic work env, salary cut after joining,forced to resignation in 30 mins,no promotion,3year bond , no proper leave and all they r only think about his work not about employee
