Worst company, here (general manager and head) is biggest fraud, he make employees spy on other employees. There is no trust between employees, so much of hatred between employees, he wants to enjoy power, there is no hierarchy so no growth, Beawar of him, biggest weapon for fraud is always your desire for growth, there will be no peace of mind, he will treat you like dog. Joining here is waste of time and killing mental health. There is no guarantee that you receive relieving letter and it will be very difficult to move from this company to MNC's, to get your releving letter and final settlement you should email USA management otherwise he will lie to USA management, each and every stage you will be hell once you join this company.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
