They are asking to work from office and we are working since may there is no work from home in this pandemic and there is no hr and we can't communicate anything and more of spys in the small company and if you give information about others you will be treated as good by the Head of the company so better avoid to join and

Please don't choose your career there and the work atmosphere and culture is worst and there is no hr and each individual including admin think they are CEO of the company and the rules are the worst than other so please think twice

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
