EVERYTHING - VERY RUDE MANAGEMENT Your working hours will be extended everyday atleast for 2 hours and work on weekends but won't be paid extra. No proper structure, no proper training, people keep leaving and all their work are loaded on to you. You will be treated like slave literally.

I throughly enjoyed my work and my coworker too friendly and motivated . Training was good . Trainer was too good . I had my manager support always.

Nice place to learn while your working . Training point of view you need to self motivated .Job security is good only when you perform and challenge yourself to prove yourself .Team will accept the new ideas and suggestion if its really makes improvements.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
