...deductions and HR is not responding to it. They give some kind of excuses on it. After all we are working for salary. So there must be genuine and transparency maintained atleast. And there’s no full insurance provided from company side for employee parents.

They don't care about their employees,they just want you to work like mules and go home. Sometimes the work load is unrealistic.with no option you have finish it on the same day. 3% annual hike 24+ months for promotion and so much more, if you are a time pass person, just want a job and not a career go-ahead. It's good in that ,you do your work and log out no will ask you. But if you want to grow you career, suggest to look for better opportunities Ps food sucks , don't eat sprouts

Everything is great. Great leaders who have connect with people at the ground level and are commited to growing business and thereby growing the company. A super place to work with good perks and work.

The work-life balance is reasonable, especially given that we work remotely now.

The culture is not a positive one. Constant rotation of talent, with many people leaving for better paying jobs within the industry.
