Management is pathetic.They Wont give you increment . In 4 years I got only 5 percent Hike. Managers are having lack of knowledge and always try to show them superior and they wont suport in difficut situation and take advantage and do not recommend for increment.No benefits are there nothing. THEY MONITOR YOUR IN AND OUT TIME. If you are sick and not inform them than you can prepare to leave the job. I work with CTR almost 5 years.Worst company in the World to work with. As they are not having culture.

Managers are Boss here you cant cross them otherwise you have to leave the company and HR wont listen to you.
