No proper salary time. Always salary issue. No matter about contract it is of 11 motnhs but it can end after 3 months and they will not provide another job. And also they take money to provide job. No CL no PL. If contract ends they will not provide any job and also not refund money that they took for providing job. They took 15 to 20 thousand in name of security amd its also non refundable and also 1 third party person will take 20 to 40 thousand to give you job . If not paid then u r out.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
