This is worst , company I have ever seen. Dominated by North Indian, and bias people. Don't have management skill. Pure dictatorship in the company

i work in computer aid approx 2 year but i m not growing here so i want switch from here .i don,t like job timing & profile . overall i m not satisfied with company .

Don’t have to much of work pressure, leaves structure is good

Hard to get Promotions, they do not have proper infrastructure as Consultants, really hard to get justify appraisal even if you perform well with clients

Good work ethics and transparency between employee and the management.

I haven’t had any bad experiences with CAI in the last 4 years that I joined the company. Rather I have found the employees are valued and during this pandemic CAI has taken a lot of steps for the employee benefits. Managers are friendly and HR is always approachable. I am happy being a part of the family.
