Nothing I like it even though they show many things in social media... All fake. Be careful.

Work life balance: only they talk... Never be possible. Salary: they give good if doing good also same and not even working also same. Promotion: Nightmare... Lot of favouritism and politics. Job security: if you have rating less than 1 , i would have given 0%. Skill development: thye show many portal they have licence... How to develop once career based devlopment plan they doesn't have. Work satisfaction: never got. So many instances... Not able to give details at the moment. Company culture is good in CC group.. The internal politics at Computacenter India seem even more complex than Indian politics.

Compared to my previous organization's everything is good like that salary , company culture and any HR Relevant part... Really appreciate to computacenter am so very happy to worked that computacenter.

Dislikes

For relieving mail acceptance manager only gave HR won't give the acceptance in mail ,kindly change the format to provide HR confirmation mail with HR signature.

1. Very Good Work life balance. 2. Flexibility to work. 3. Onsite management is Good. 4. Good office culture.

Dislikes

1. Compensation is average. 2. Need to improve on the upskilling tools. Even though the management says you need to upskill your skills, they do not have a GOOD dedicated tool for us to learn and get certified. 3. No proper transparency. India management doesn't keep up to their promise especially during appraisal cycle. 4. No matter how much you work, very limited appreciation from the India management. All these cons might differ from team to team.

Salary hike and bonus is worst in this organisation, i have never seen a company giving so less hike for employees, it's waste to work with this company for 1 whole year with no hike and benifits. Horrible experience

Only clients like BT BASF are fine. But not AstraZeneca

...aumas for sure - Request no one to join AstraZeneca project if getting selected. - they won't project great hike on your salary just 2-5% For example if you have 5.5lpa in your previous company you get 6lpa in this company. - you get good hikes in other companies 25-30% - even the appraisal will be 2-3% hike not more than that. No matter wat efforts or scores you have. - one the cheapest uncultured company to work with.
