There is nothing much to like but if I have to answer, there are few fellow mates who can help you.

Dislikes

Management in higher level doesn't have any communication with each other, play politics for their own benefit, No one cares about work unless it is really in peak time, If there is any problem they simply blame others, Management is not really good, Not many skilled people in top positions, No work distribution,
