Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? 1. Unnecessary politics and high level of toxic environment 2. They pay 20k to there employees and expect 24*7 working. Added to that they ask money for company event 3. There customer are leaving because of politics and all blame to employees Would not recommend to join this company. Worst experience of my career.
