...ture is good, employees have good bond together. In my working (10 years approx.) no salary delay.

- No proper process of appraisal is there, every time you have to negotiate with management for that. - Customer is king, if customer you are working for says anything it's true for company. If customer says the person is not performing well, company will say you, you are not performing well. Even if you are working since long long time, and you made lots of their customers happy. They don't want to understand the reason behind comment from customer. - Company is loosing talent rapidly.

The company is flexible according to the employee if employee is also revert the same to the company. Very supportive colleagues Excellent Team Leaders Exciting projects to work on Environment is really good No rotational shifts No expectations to stay up late in office at at times
