if we talk about fresher then company is good for them as give good salary at starting phase, good in environment, provided opportunities for further growth in company.

Dislikes

no any fix yearly salary increment policy, no fun activities, very restricted for leaves.

Likes

Environment is good and salary on time and systemic working solutions and Good colleagues.

Dislikes

Work timings is not good and only two three errors impact salary very badly and only one off in weeks and no promotion and no job securities.

As a female that job suited me to the fullest, time wise, salary wise, security wise and career wise too. Staff were also very supporting and employees views matters for them..

There we have to be punctual at any cost, coming late is something which they never support. And yes i always felt for tea/coffee breaks which they don't allow.

Good work environment but management is not supported. Appraisals are not fair and they do not give increment/hikein salary on every year

...s a lot of work pressure and politics and management doesn't resolve our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. They never support us in covid 19 and move company from Okhla delhi to noida and pressurise to us for resign due to this I left my job from competent software.

In Competent Software timing is so good and salary is also good and if you are talented then you can also reached high level.and you can earned more money.And company work atmosphere is good. And also supporting staff.

Dislikes

Some head associate nature and behavior is not good. So it was not a good place for ideal work. But more head person's is very supportive.
