Human Competence Solutions offers excellent training and learning opportunities in the human resources management consultancy field but is not getting enough opportunities to showcase its prowess because of the low business activity brought about by the general economic malaise in the country in general and the struggles of the corporate world in particular.

Dislikes

I dislike the fact that there are not enough job opportunities to keep us busy throughout the month Zbecause most client companies are struggling in Zimbabwe.

Likes

HUCS is a good employer bt the economic conditions in the country are sch that there are very limited consultancy jobs out there so continuity is not guaranteed, but with the changed political fortunes with the new dispensation, we hope to be back on the market more often.

Its an excellent environment for growth as you keep learning about new things all the time through consulting for various companies.

Dislikes

Jobs are hard to come by due to the depressed economic activity in Zimbabwe.
