After the interview he not giving any feedback .. i texted him but there is no reply ... this is not a way to treat people... due to this bussiness current situation most of the companies not providing job, we are also facing the same situations so please dont treat peoples irrespective... If they are not selected please tell properly because we are waiting for your call every day ....

I liked statergic and plan, skill development, poromotional activities.i liked there to take ownership.

Dislikes

i did not like interption after taking ownership. if you done somting well in job won't notice. and will make disoppoinment to down your self. it's one of the politics.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
