Company has a good work life balance and job security is almost equal to a government job, they don’t take you out of the job unless until you are breaching any important policies

Other than salary there are no perks and benefits, poor HR managers, they don’t work on improving the work culture, benefits of the employees.

Company policies are good but not applicable for ground level staff company give us 2 month full salary in lockdown but company is not taking care of his employee very poor support from compass group. My father is death in covid 19 my condition is very poor but not received any help from compass in covid 19

There is a lots of issues management is not address our issues salary is very low and career growth is slow. No opportunitys

Compass group company is employee’s friendly, provide regular free meal n give treats to their team members on 2-3Months,

For executive level they hire you on TP Assign different task which were not matching with your profile and very low salary n skill improvement. Only PR works

... a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling Company policies are very good.There are company give good salary and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management dose not address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow .There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign .on the job training is not given to new joiness.
