New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Company has developed all the rules and regulations but it's only for show off, but company doesn't provide any facility. They have recruited me for HSEQ position and asked to do food service, other operation related work. Completely it's a worst experience for me I had so much expectations about compass but they don't even care about employees

...manager even didn't reimbured my money which i spent when infected with COVID. I have served notice period 22days with my managers permission but they paid only 20days salary. They don't train people but they demand for more work and no support

No ethics, cont explain in five words ,and finally they asked maximum staffs to resign that they don't have job .

Dislikes

There is no valus for knowledge and skills. And even they don't even pay right package. I don't recommend to any one to join compass. And most importantly don't agree to thire fake promises ,if you give your commitment they are going to use you only nothing else....

Compensation is event but growth is slow .the work pressure is very high.managers do not value an individuals unique strengths,which is i have to take my suggestions most of the times.
