2. Budgeting and Cost Control:
   
• Develop and manage the facility's budget.
• Track expenses related to facility operations and ensure cost efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts with service providers and vendors.
3. Vendor Management:
   
• Manage relationships with external service providers such as maintenance teams, cleaning services, and security companies.
• Evaluate performance and negotiate terms of service contracts.
