There's no guarantee for your job. They will throw you away once they don't need. Whenever your salary increases they will get you out in the name of layoff and go for freshers with least salary.

In this pandemic the steps taken are really worse.they didn't provide any equipments to initiate work from home and most agents are sitting in home without any salary. Atleast they could make us to get into layoff by paying 2 months salary instead of this.

There is no job security no way for career improvement or growth and no appraisal too.. Worst place I have worked so far.

Wonderful experience. The company is too good for freshers.. no stress... no workloads... Lots of fun filled activities will b conducted every quarter.... The higher level staffs will also b too friendly.....

I'm very disappointed to write this review. Working in cyber security would be dream for many, comodo is good in welcoming freshers for cyber security, at the same time I'm afraid to say that freshers would need to sacrifice their self respect and diginty to work here, especially with their boss. Employees are treated like school kids here. Complaining Managers to HR would only fall on deaf ears. Career growth in comodo is very low. I would suggest freshers to join comodo, learn technology and leave comodo to get a good growth in career.

Totally no job security, it does not matter how hard you work or how many years you serve.. the knife is always on the neck.. you will be layed off at any time...promotions, skill development and on the job learning are non existent.. Time and now there could be salary cuts but they will credit it later when company has money
