Zero Likes, No Safety Measures, GST Issues, ED Issues, They reduce salaries of Workers to reduce overhead, A lot of Junk and scrap, Water Treatment Plant is not working, Factory is full of Garbage and everything is messed up.

Hundred out of Hundred dislikes from Workers, Machine operators, All machinary is direct no auto shut down, no fire extinguishers, they don't even have water purifier not even a filter for drinking water Everything happening against PPCBs Norms, Factory Act Safety Act They are not following PF Norms ESI Guidlines A a lot more .

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
