...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is no work satisfaction. And when I was in comnets the my HR and My manager both are not good. First they told me that 5 days is working after joining the manager will say no you have to work 6 days there is no sunday off u can take leave between week for 1 day only.

Not providing salary properly and too much dominating to the employee.

At starting they will show you they are nice but after few days they will Start showing their true colours ,,, mc company

The stupid managers who are non technical and showing off their status and nothing else , mind suker company , no leaves nothing only pain in as.

Fixed office duty hour, watch movies without paying

No salary increment or promotion, Pvr inox mgmt is blood sucker, heavy workload, have to provide 24x7 support, no holiday or ocassion leave, bad behaviour of payroll staff, can't take your own anual leave, no bonus or any benefit on overtime.
