Honest review don’t think to join this organization just bcoz they are giving WFH opportunity. They don’t have space in company that’s the reason they give WFH option. Pathetic envionment in office don’t knw how to behave with the employees. There is no job security u can be fired anytime even you are giving best performance. TL’s and Managers are not at all cooperative. They do partiality, if u have a good bond with AM, Managers and TL’s they ur job is secure even u make 1000 mistakes. Failed company. 0/5 rating they dnt even deserve 1 rating.

Woking at CommVersion is such bliss. Not only does the company care about meeting quotas, but they also care as much about helping employees develop in their respective careers.

Joined as a Trainer in Secondment. Was informed if my performance is below par then I would be downgraded to a Chat Operator. Come 5 months and I was informed that my performance is not as per what they wanted even though in the previous month I was awarded for Best Performer of the quarter. Informed the management that I was told that if they did not like my performance then I would be downgraded. They disagreed and decided to let go of me, which is highly unfair. DO NOT JOIN THIS PLACE EVEN IF U R STARVING
